ginny_tMiss is a bad influence. Visiting Halifax last Christmas, I got bit by the BPAL bug. I got over it after about a month and a bunch of imps (~30). Now, I'm suddenly ordering 4 imps. What just happened?
I'm not a fan of the "take a few moments to go and vote" posts. I agree that voter turnout is just sad. However, that kind of post just doesn't work for me. (I think my feeling is that it won't actually convince anyone who wasn't going to vote to vote after all.)
That said, since I did say to someone who a few days ago said they weren't going to vote, "Then you can't in my presence over the course of the next government complain about anything they do," I will announce to the world that I did indeed vote yesterday. My bitching rights are intact. (Miss bad influence can corroborate.)
In other news, Mayan Chocolate from the tea place at Bloor and Bathurst is yumminess. Omnomnom!
