Weird days
Mar. 6th, 2008 08:36 amTwice this week, I've come home drained, napped, and then lain in bed reading Dragonhaven long past when I should've been asleep. I guess it's a mercy that the book's done? (But what will I do if today kicks my ass? Why, I has Mirador. *pleased*
For various reasons, this morning I was up at the time I always want to get up but never do. This means that I have plenty of morning time. This is good.
I feel rather syntactically influenced today. I can always tell when I've been reading Jane and Mildmay. Well, that seems to have extended to McKinley, too. It could be worse, much worse. For one, that's a darned fine list of influences, I say. On the other hand, I would like a voice of my own, 'kthx.
I sat down with a point I intended to communicate. Alas, it's run away, and Daisy's mad that OGiVi's getting more attention than her, so I cut off the ramblings now.
