I feel I should be scurrying around trying to get things done at the last minute. Instead, I'm making tea and preparing to start a new knitting project.

If I complain about forgetting things I need for my trip, y'all can point at this and deny my any sympathy whatsoever.

I think you have the right attitude. Those of us who are madly scurrying around should take a page from your book and make tea and plan new projects that will make us happy. :)
