Actually, you are incorrect on the apostrophe. eg.; Screen Actors Guild, Writers Guild, Authors Guild, Graphic Artists Guild, National Lawyers Guild. It's different, but it's not possessive in this case, as guilds are assocations, not possessions (consider American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association; the association is not a possession of the disease).

Actually, adding an apostrophe is incorrect. The name, in and of itself, is complete. Adding an apostrophe breaks up the name and assigns "Guild" as an object possessed by "The Unemployed Philosophers".
