Finally got wrist feeling better. Yay, right? Right, but… (you knew that was coming)

Damned shoulder blade is OMGPAIN! I can't even figure out what range of movement is bad. I move my arm, yee-ouch! I try it again, fine. WTF?!

It's amazing the range of movement that involves the area of the shoulder blade. Like turning my head. *weeps*

I'm never going to be able to knit again! *wail*

I'm going to give it at least a day. If it seems to be getting better, I'll try to wait it out. I probably wrenched it. Stupid meat.

Ouch! It's amazing how much movement and comfort depends on your shoulder and neck muscles. >.< I had to resort to a combination of both muscle relaxants and heat pad the last time things went wonky. Hope they unknot soon and that you can get back to knitting soon. If you like, I can post some porn for you. :P

I had a period about 8 months ago where I slept so badly on my shoulder that I hurt it horrible. Lifting between below and above my head caused so many tears of pain. It eventually got better, I just had to ride it out.

Keep trying to move the shoulder every once in a while, even if there is pain. Not doing so will lead to a frozen shoulder, which is heap bad.

Calm down. I'm sure it's not that bad.

Erm...what did you do? Or did I miss it in a previous post?

I maybe made it sound like I was more freaked out than I am? I have no idea what I did. I went to sleep feeling fine and woke up with it. ugh. The ibuprofen could be helping, or it could be that I'm adjusting. *grumble* Stupid meat.

You did make it sound worse. I thought you broke something.

I second Shadow-- a heating pad and pain medication. If I know it hurt from sleep, I usually take either Advil or Tylenol PM (both which can be taken on an empty stomach).

At least you don't have two shiny burns on your arm, though. ^_^

You shall knit again! Even if I have to remove the shoulders off of every celebrity in the world to do it!
