Nov. 10th, 2007 11:30 amFinally got wrist feeling better. Yay, right? Right, but… (you knew that was coming)
Damned shoulder blade is OMGPAIN! I can't even figure out what range of movement is bad. I move my arm, yee-ouch! I try it again, fine. WTF?!
It's amazing the range of movement that involves the area of the shoulder blade. Like turning my head. *weeps*
I'm never going to be able to knit again! *wail*

Date: 2007-11-10 06:24 pm (UTC)Keep trying to move the shoulder every once in a while, even if there is pain. Not doing so will lead to a frozen shoulder, which is heap bad.

Date: 2007-11-10 08:24 pm (UTC)I second Shadow-- a heating pad and pain medication. If I know it hurt from sleep, I usually take either Advil or Tylenol PM (both which can be taken on an empty stomach).
At least you don't have two shiny burns on your arm, though. ^_^
