Still no takers on Tom McRae at the Drake with the Ginny on the 21st? In addition to a great songwriter right there singin' for you, you'll get the added bonus of a bouncing and squeeing Ginny. *tempts*

The next day, I'll be hopping on a train to catch him in Montreal on the 24th. Obsessed? Nope: there's a haligonian contingent going to that show, too. ^_^ So, suggestions for accommodations in Montreal? I'll be arriving by train, they'll be arriving by car, so convenient to both would be good. The show'll be at Quai des Brumes on St. Denis not far from Sherbrooke. Also, suggestions for things to do in a short visit to Montreal? There'll be bagels, of course, and monstrous cheesecake. I'm pretty sure at least Chris'll want a smoked meat sandwich. (Yes, I know, so far, we just have to go to Dunn's.)

!!! Just checked his site, and Toronto tickets are on sale! (Montreal, not so much. Oi.) And cheap! ...and apparently have been on sale for four days, according to Ticketmaster. O_o

About damned time! Thanks for the linkie. And this makes Ferd's comment make much more sense. (Also thanks for the correction. Numbers are not my forte.) If they've been on sale, that's interesting because the last time I checked (possibly today at work) the Drake still didn't have it on their event calendar. WTF?

Dororo! Oh, the Snail had a set of Sgt. Frog plush keychains, but I thought $30 was a bit much to pay just to get Dororo.
