Feb. 22nd, 2007 12:21 pmI know I'm not likely to get any sympathy for this complaint, but… All my scrambles turn into omelettes. *pout* Even though I thought I had too many mushrooms for the eggs, it still held together. *sigh*
In other news, while I've learned the "never catch a falling knife" rule very well, I seem to have had to re-learn the "don't try to catch anything when there's a knife in one hand" rule. *sigh* The worst is that the little scratch on my hand is proof that my knives are far too dull. *ashamed* It really should be a gaping wound, considering. (Yes, yes, I know it's perverse of me to be "disappointed" that I don't have a gaping wound.)
In other news, I watched GH20 raw. I couldn't wait. I was pleasantly surprised to understand just about everything in the introduction. Then again, it wasn't all that difficult. Later, during the plot advancement, I was as lost as always.
I know how the cliffhanger's resolved. </singsong> I also understood the last line. *pats self on back* ('Cause no one else is gonna!) Naru's such a grandstander. ^_^
Right, so, enough of this inanity. Is it time for tea again yet? (pfft! Always time for tea!)

Date: 2007-03-01 10:11 am (UTC)I hope your wound has healed! I can lend you a sharpening thingy if you want. I finally used it recently after someone reminded me that I actually had one - the knives are awesomely sharp now. :)
