Introversion has nothing to do with shyness or being a "people-person". It's all about where you gather your energy - if you need time alone, you're an introvert. And just because someone's an introvert doesn't mean that they don't enjoy company.
Okay, lecture over.
Okay, not quite over. I now rave about the French language. English needs an equivalent of "on", sort of a general, hypothetical "you". And very passe-partout. Another awesome French word.
