As bruised as I expected, although hardly any discolouration yet - makes me nervous.

Wrist is feeling much better, a little soreness, but I'll ice it a little more.

I've discovered that my shoulder is quite sore. Guess when I landed on my wrist, that jarred the shoulder too. So, I've got ice on that right now, too. *sigh*

I'm really hoping for an uneventful day today.

hope it isn't hurting you too badly. Falls can be a nasty thing, we have gotten clients from ice falls before.
