I give up.
Feb. 10th, 2005 02:05 pmThat's it! I quit! The bread had a little 'splode-y, and molten sugar ended up on my pizza stone. And because I'm an idiot, some of that ended up on my finger.
Fun fact: When you pour cold water over molten sugar, it forms a crust that keeps the coolness of the water from reaching the cooking flesh underneath. :-(
Typed with one hand while my left index finger is soaking in icewater. And still I proofread!

And how does bread explode? ><
I hope it heals fast...
