Wow. After 6 weeks, I finally get a glimpse at the procedure manual. During the fears of a strike, I said twice to woman-who-should-be-gone that the manual should be a priority, in case there was a strike and Paul had to let me go. So, she was going to work on it last week. Today, I get an e-mail that she was here 'til 10p on Thursday, and still no manual, but I could log on as her and check it for anything I need.

It's 33 pages. 16 of them are just headings with no procedure. I wish I could learn to waste time like she does. Then I wouldn't be so bored here.

This isn't working. Let's just try harder.

Goody! Know what that means? NOTHING! Nothing will change - they'll still put out shite movies. Oh wait, yes, they'll start blaming downloaders again. Maybe we'll get Joe-the-stuntman (or whoever) back on-screen to lay a guilt trip on the people who paid to see the movie!

I was at a movie yesterday (Mr. & Mrs. Smith = enh), thinking nostalgically back to the days when there were no commercials in movie theatres. Bastards. Raise prices, make shitty movies, show commercials, and lay a guilt trip on us 'cause we had the unmitigated gall to pay for the show.
