I'm still ache-y. I took a hot bath, but that didn't fix it. It's the same mysterious sore muscle in my leg that happened about a month ago. I hope I didn't do something serious to it. :-(
I did learn an important lesson today. Use Tiger Balm sparingly. Very sparingly. Yikes!
