Silly GinnyBrain... last Saturday, when I didn't have anything planned, I was at loose ends and bored. Yesterday, when I was spending the afternoon with my Mom and going to a dinner at Jez's, there was nothing I wanted more than to have a day at home and finally do some of the stuff that's been piling up. Maybe I'll get some of that done today.

Stupid computer woke up at 7:30 today. Yeah, it was technically set to wake up & play music at that time, but it should've known that that was leftover from last Sunday, and not what it should do this morning.

I had the strangest dreams. Undiscovered Austen! What a happy thought, to think that there could be Jane Austen out there that I haven't read. But as far as I know, there isn't. And there was the fact that I think I was living in the Austen, and I was pretty low in the social hierarchy. And then there was a scary warehouse-type dream. It was too weird, I can't even figure out what was going on there.

My mom's talking about the two of us going away for the weekend for my birthday. Yay! Sounds so nice. I'm torn between Niagara on the Lake and somewhere north and away from touristy stuff. Actually, I'm not so much torn, but my mom likes Niagara on the Lake so much.
