Boooo... hungry. It's a quiet Friday. But the boss brought in Montreal bagels. Yummmmm! Actually overheard: "I now know what's different about them - they're boiled." All bagels are boiled. Montreal bagels are boiled in sweet water. And baked in a brick oven. (Or is it wood? I don't remember, but it's a special oven.)

Hooray for long weekends! I have no idea what I'm going to do with mine, but maybe I'll just have a quiet one at home. Place needs cleaning. And there's a lot of stuff that I should do but haven't. Things've been a little... odd lately. I would say odd is good, 'cause it's not boring, but it's a different kind of odd, that I'd really like to pass, so that I can get back to being happy well-adjusted little me.

Hmmm... this got rambly. I'm just waiting for my co-worker to get back so I can go for lunch. *checks clock* Okay, she's officially late. Boooo...

Unfortunately, it cost more than I usually pay for lunch, and I'm still hungry. :(
