This is my name in katakana:


The first character is the same as the first character in "Ghibli" (pronounced with a soft "g" in Japan - I never knew).

Rieko, Ysa's Japanese tutor, showed me that last night. I'm so happy!

I only know how to write my own name in Katakana. But in the current session of Japanese, I'm supposed to learn katakana.

In the first session we learned hiragana, but I forgot a lot. :-(
