Last night, martini13 and I went to see Elvis Costello.

Now I know how the puppycat feels when I scratch her ears, and she's pushing against my hand so hard she'd fall over if I moved, and her big rumbling purr fills my apartment, and her back claws start to clench in happiness.

Except I don't rub her ears for almost three hours...
