Stuff the third (finally! original content!):

The ice cream experiments continue. I can't really comment on the consistency of the mango ice cream I made, because it had to travel in the heat. In a cooler bag that I've discovered is not waterproof. What use is that? you might ask. I'll be going back and asking that very question myself. But the taste was good. Up next will be mango gelato.

sandwichboy, I've realised that making ice cream next weekend won't really be viable. Even if I did lug the machine halfway across town, the base should cool overnight. It makes for much better freezing. Sorry!
