On the subject of cabana boys, I watched Ouran over the weekend. I had to go on a year-long shoujo fast so I could get through it. I guess I enjoyed it well enough; I did watch the whole thing. I enjoyed the way it played with shoujo tropes. On the other hand, it did some Very Bad Things. Like every single time this bunch of privileged rich males piled onto Haruhi (figuratively at least; if it'd been literally, I'd've been out of there) and got her to do what they wanted. *twitch* The second Lobelia episode was made of sporky rage. *sigh* Oh well.
