The conversation in my head.

- These shoes hurt. Why are you wearing them again?
- They're the right shoes for the skirt. Unless you'd like to wear high heels?
- NO!
- I thought you'd see things my way.
- But we should get new shoes.
- Probably, these are pretty old.
- New Fluevog shoes!
- NO! Those are too expensive.
- But pretty! And they were on sale.
- On sale at Fluevog is still too expensive!
- They're good shoes... *wheedle*
*stern* - It's either Fluevogs or Halifax.
- Oh. ... How long 'til May?

In other news: my feet hurt.

And with the sun in the morning and the moon in the evening, I'm all right!

OH. MY. GOD! It is such a gorgeous day outside! Blue blue blue sky, nary a cloud to be seen.

What a wonderful walk! The training was unbelievably simple - I had it figured out from the brochure before the silly thing even started, but I'm not complaining, 'cause I got out in the sunshine! I feel on top of the world!

And the walk included one of my favourite sights - oxidised copper spires against a deep blue summer sky. *dreamy sigh*

Because it's sunny, and I'm a silver lining kind of girl, I will focus on how happy the clear sunny days (no matter the temperature) make me, and not much think about how the cloudy low-pressure days bring me down. 'Sides, it's far too nice a day to think about that!
