Fog!

I can only see the base of the CN Tower from Front & Bay. (For non-Torontonians, it's only a block away.) Yesterday, driving past, we couldn't see it above the height of the dome. Wow. (Tangentially, I sneezed as soon as we hit the city yesterday, and my nose started being sniffly. Ysa will say it's the smog. And that I should come live in Halifax. *hugs*)

The upside to that is that yesterday, looking out over what should've been the skyline, I couldn't see the building where I work (for 5 days more).

I might be just a little obnoxious this week. I apologise in advance. I'll try not to be too glow-y, and be considerate of the people who will have to continue with the corporate grind. I've already had two people walk by and see how excited I am. :-D I should maybe learn to be a little more circumspect?

Randomness

My list of procedures I have to write is growing, not shrinking. Bad Ginny, bad!

I spent the weekend being Laura, and I missed Ginny. :-( (Is this something I should be concerned about?)

The weather has given me a headache. Since Friday morning. Booo...

I have two lunches booked this week, and Friday we're doing a pizza day. :-D This is the second time I've left a long-standing job in good circumstances (the last time was to go to cooking school). I highly recommend it.

Friday night, at Paupers (Bloor & Bathurst), will be a combined pub night & Ginny's Freedom from Corporate Drudgery Party. We'll be there around 7, on the main floor at the back near the dart boards. It'd be great to see lots of people.

Silliness has been promised. (I demand silliness!)
