ginny_tLike so many others, I've been receiving comment notifications from 6 weeks ago. And it's just reminding me of all the lovely conversations that died out because the notifications didn't get through. Booo.
This morning I was listening to Marlene Dietrich's version of La Vie en Rose. Wow! That woman had one sexy voice, I gotta say. And then I got thinking about Marilyn Monroe (not a huge jump, I don't think) and I don't really see her as sexy. Is it the helplessness that was part of her persona? The pseudo-innocence? Granted, I was never a huge fan, and I'm just theorising without properly thinking it through, but Marilyn Monroe always seemed rather waif-like, needing to be rescued. I guess that was her appeal.
So, I'm curious. Tell me who you think is really sexy. Or what you find very attractive.
