Jun. 10th, 2004 09:10 amGrrrr! Stooopid technical "support". One of our network drives has gone down, and no one's answering their phone. Okay, yes, you're working on it, but someone answer the damned phone! Or send an e-mail to the users with a status update, something!
And to make things more fun, everyone's coming to see me or calling to say "I can't access the Q drive". What am I supposed to do about that? The kicker is that I can access the drive. Which they might want to know. But they're not answering the phone so that I can tell them. Boo.
