Jul. 26th, 2009 11:31 amA thunderstorm! What a surprise. *eyeroll* My care instructions very clearly say "store in a warm sunny place." *scowl*
So, the singing and dancing David Tennant was a BBC show called Blackpool. It was … odd. I wouldn't have finished but for the periodic and spontaneous bursts into song (and often dance). As it was, I almost snarled and turned it off in the third episode. *shrug* Oh well, I got lots of knitting done.
So, two years ago, there was an Infestation. Seriously. I say I'm not a good housekeeper, but I'm just untidy, not filthy. Still, there was an Infestation (little beetle-y things, slightly larger than a grain of rice). I still shudder to think of the amount of food I had to throw away because of it. Today, I saw what might have been one of those bugs (I knocked it trying to pick it up [with kleenex, of course--*shudder*], and then couldn't find it). There will now be panic *panics* and shame. *is ashamed* Whee.
I'm really glad I sat on the balcony while I had the chance. I got a bit of sun & fresh air, and it was pretty to watch the sun dry the mist off the city. Just in time for the city to get wet again. *cries* I turn my back on you, day.
