That was not a coup. Yes, constitutionally, power should have gone to the Speaker. However, that's the same constitution that let Mubarak be essentially a dictator for 30 years. Mayhap that's not the rule to be following? (Also, the Speaker is Mubarak's buddy--how is this change?)

Do not call this a coup. Yes, the military has power now. Yes, the deciding factor was likely the military breaking with Mubarak when he didn't step down as expected yesterday.

Don't turn the people's revolution into a fucking coup! That's just not okay.

Also, there's a thing--celebration? rally? buncha people cheering?--happening at Yonge-Dundas square this evening for it. (I really hate how many things happen in this faux-public space. Good job, city.)
